Welcome to Eiktel | 24/7 Network Service (“Company”). By subscribing to or using our telecommunications and network services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.
2. Definitions

- Customer: The individual or entity subscribing to or utilizing the Company’s services.
- Services: Telephony, VoIP, network connectivity, SMS messaging, and related telecommunications services provided by the Company.
- Equipment: Any hardware or software provided by the Company for use with its Services.
- Usage Data: Information collected in connection with the use of the Services, including call records, SMS data, and network performance metrics.
3. Services Provided
The Company offers telecommunications and network services, including but not limited to:
- Business Phone Systems
- Security/Video Surveillance
- Managed IT and Network Monitoring
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Wiring & Cabling Services
- IT Help Desk
4. Rates and Payment Terms
- Quotations: All service quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Payment: Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges or result in service suspension.
- Taxes and Fees: Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, regulatory fees, and surcharges related to the Services.
5. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for service setup and billing.
- Ensure that all network and telephony devices used comply with applicable regulations.
- Not use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of login credentials and account information.
- Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations.
6. Liability and Limitations
- Company Liability: The Company’s liability for service disruptions, errors, or losses is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for Services in the preceding three (3) months.
- Service Interruptions: The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, power failures, or force majeure events.
- Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, or labor disputes.
7. Claims and Disputes
- Claims: All claims regarding billing discrepancies, service failures, or data breaches must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the incident.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of Illinois, in accordance with Illinois laws.
8. Equipment and Service Usage
- Any hardware or software provided by the Company remains Company property unless otherwise agreed.
- Customers must return or purchase Company-provided equipment upon service termination.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use of their network infrastructure with the Services.
9. Data Privacy and Security
- The Company collects and processes Usage Data to provide and enhance Services.
- The Company does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Customers are responsible for securing their networks and devices against unauthorized access.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing or via email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
